Building Planning

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct surveys of new project locations and branch offices that will undergo renovation
• Create working drawings and budget calculations for the project requirements
• Issue job invitations to contractors/vendors and review the submitted proposals for management approvalMonitor the progress of renovation work and perform inspections to ensure that the work aligns with the specified design

Qualification:

• Formal education of at least Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design (with a minimum GPA of 3.00)
• At least 2 years of experience in building and interior construction projects (preferred)
• Knowledge of building planning, project cost analysis, and technical drawings
• Proficiency in design programs (2D/3D), and the ability to create Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and Detailed Cost Estimates (RAB)
• Proficiency in design software (2D/3D) including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D modeling software
• Skills in rendering using tools like V-ray, 3DMax, and Corona Render
• Ability to calculate RAB and BoQProficiency in Microsoft Office
• Based in Jabodetabek but willing to travel out of town
