Branch Director

Responsibilities:

Manage the running of the Funding & Lending business
Monitor the running of the branch operational process
Conduct coaching and monitoring employees in the branch

Qualification :

Formal education of at least Bachelor Degree, from any majors
IPK no less than 3.00
Minimum 5 years experience as Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager in Banking
Have complete and detailed knowledge of Banking Funding & Lending products
Have extensive relations
Target oriented
Willing to be placed in Bank Artha Graha Internasional branches throughout Indonesia

Selection Process :

Administrative Selection, Psychometric Test, HR Interview, User Interview, Health Test
