LINCE M. TOBING

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

An Indonesian citizen, 57 years old, currently residing in Jakarta. She has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer since July 10, 2023. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Technology from Padjadjaran University, Bandung. With a career spanning over 30 years in the banking industry, she has worked at several prominent financial institutions.

Her previous roles include serving as the Collection & Fraud Management Head at Bank Bali (1990–1996) and Bank Papan Sejahtera (1996–1998), Risk Management Head at HSBC Bank (1998–2000), and Risk Management and Project Management Head at American Express (2000–2006). She also held the position of Senior Vice President in various roles at Bank Danamon Indonesia (2006–2021), including as the Service Strategy Program and Development Head. Prior to her current role, she served as Associate Director of Operations at the Bank (2021–2023).
