    KIKI SYAHNAKRI

    PRESIDENT COMMISSIONER/ INDEPENDENT COMMISIONER

     

    Indonesian citizen, 76 years old and domiciled in Jakarta. He first served as President Commissioner of the Bank based on Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 26 dated June 12, 2005 and was last appointed based on Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 16 dated July 17, 2023. He has passed the fit and proper test by Bank Indonesia based on Bank Indonesia Letter No. 15/29/GBI/DPIP/Secret dated February 12, 2013. He graduated from the National Military Academy in 1971 and had a career in the military. Throughout his career, he has held various important positions, including Operations Assistant to KASAD (1998-1999), Military Emergency Commander of East Timor (September-November 1999), Commander of Military Region IX Udayana (November1999-November 2000), and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army (November 2000-May 2002). Currently, he is also listed as the Chairman of the Bank's Nomination and Remuneration Committee, he has no concurrent positions in other listed and public companies. He has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and controlling share holders of the Bank.

    VICE PRESIDENT COMMISSIONER 


    Indonesian citizen, 65 years old and domiciled in Jakarta. He first served as Vice President Commissioner of the Bank based on Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 26 dated June 12, 2005 and was last appointed based on Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 16 dated July 17, 2023. He has passed the fit and proper test by Bank Indonesia based on Bank Indonesia Letter No. 7/19/GBI/DPIP/Rahasia dated June 15, 2005. He is known as an entrepreneur who has developed businesses in various fields in Indonesia. Currently, he is also listed as a member of the Bank's Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

     

     

    SUGIANTO KUSUMA

    Indonesian citizen, 72 years old and domiciled in Jakarta. He first served as Vice President Commissioner of the Bank based on Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 26 dated June 12, 2005 and was last appointed based on Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 16 dated July 17, 2023. He has passed the fit and proper test by Bank Indonesia based on Bank Indonesia Letter No. 7/19/GBI/DPIP/Secret dated June 15, 2005.     ELIZAWATIE SIMON

    INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER

     

    Indonesian citizen, 62 years old, domiciled in Jakarta. Appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Bank based on Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 253 dated July 25, 2022. She has passed the fit and proper test by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with the Financial Services Authority(OJK) letter No. KEP-59/D.03/2022 dated April 20, 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree in Civil Law from Trisakti University (1985). Previously, she worked as Head of Legal Bureau of Bank Danamon (1982-1990), Head of Legal Bureau of PT Danayasa Arthatama (1990-1999). She had a career in the Bank as Head of Legal Bureau (1999-2013), Independent Commissioner (June 2013), Director (November 2013), Commissioner (2018), Commissioner of PT Jakarta International Hotels & Development (2018), Independent Commissioner of PT Jakarta International Hotels & Development (2020-2021). Currently, she is also listed as the Chairman of the Bank's Risk Monitoring Committee, she does not have concurrent positions in other issuers and public companies and has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and controlling shareholders of the Bank.

    INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER


    Indonesian citizen, 60 years old, domiciled in Jakarta. She serves as Independent Commissioner of the Bank based on Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 16 dated July 17, 2023and has passed the Fit & Proper Test in accordance with the letter of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) No.KEPR-141/D.03/2023 dated November 8, 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Economics degree in Accounting from the University of North Sumatra (USU), Medan in 1988. Previously, she worked at KAP Prasetio Utomo &Co - Arthur Andersen as SC Manager (1989-1999), then as General Manager Internal Audit and Financial Controller at PT Pionerindo Gourmet Internasional Tbk (2000-2006), PT Repex Persada Internasional (Fedex) as Senior Manager Finance & Accounting (2006-2008), PT Sentul City Tbk as Director and Corporate Secretary (2008-2013), PT Jakarta International Hotels & Development Tbk as Senior Manager Finance (2013-2017), PT Danayasa Arthatama Tbk as Corporate Secretary and Director (2017-2021), PT Pangea Sinergi Solusindo as Advisor (2022-2023). Currently she is also listed as the Chairman of the Bank's Audit Committee, she does not have concurrent positions in other issuers and public companies and has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and controlling shareholders of the Bank.
