Project Management

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that user requests (from the Bank’s business units), whether related to application development or changes, are followed up as part of support for smooth operations.

  • Ensure product development is completed according to the agreed timeline.

  • Ensure the availability of scripts for application testing.

  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Test) for applications.

  • Administer documentation related to application testing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or other relevant fields, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (experience in banking is preferred).

  • Understanding of Project Management and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

  • Basic knowledge of OJK & BI regulations, technology, and banking products.

  • Good communication, business process analysis, vendor management, and marketing skills.

Selection Stages:

  • Administrative selection, Psychotest, HR Interview, User Interview, Medical Check-Up.
