Project Management
Responsibilities:
-
Ensure that user requests (from the Bank’s business units), whether related to application development or changes, are followed up as part of support for smooth operations.

Ensure product development is completed according to the agreed timeline.

Ensure the availability of scripts for application testing.
-
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Test) for applications.

Administer documentation related to application testing.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or other relevant fields, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (experience in banking is preferred).

Understanding of Project Management and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

Basic knowledge of OJK & BI regulations, technology, and banking products.

Good communication, business process analysis, vendor management, and marketing skills.
Selection Stages:
-
Administrative selection, Psychotest, HR Interview, User Interview, Medical Check-Up.
