Jakarta — In anticipation of potential increases in basic commodity prices toward the end of the year, Bank Artha Graha Internasional (BAGI), together with Artha Graha Peduli (AGP), is once again organizing the AGP Low-Cost Market 2025 simultaneously at approximately 800 locations across Indonesia. This initiative is carried out around the business units of Artha Graha Group and Artha Graha Network to provide broader public access to affordable food supplies.

Starting on December 11, 2025, the program provides hundreds of thousands of subsidized staple food packages. Each package contains rice, cooking oil, sugar, and other essential goods. This initiative serves as concrete proof of AGP’s and Bank Artha Graha Internasional’s commitment to helping communities maintain purchasing power amid household economic pressures and potential surges in food prices.

As a social foundation consistently distributing subsidized staple goods, AGP has long run low-cost market programs across various regions in Indonesia. The initiative receives positive responses every year as it successfully provides more affordable access to essential goods, especially for low-income families and vulnerable groups.

Ronny Leonard, Chairman of Artha Graha Peduli, emphasized that the AGP Low-Cost Market program not only aims to ease the cost-of-living burden but also aligns with the government’s efforts to maintain national food price stability.

“We recognize that people are increasingly feeling the impact of rising basic commodity prices. Through the AGP Low-Cost Market, we hope to help families meet their basic needs at more affordable prices as part of Artha Graha Group and Artha Graha Network’s social responsibility and care,” Ronny stated.

In addition to providing subsidized food packages, AGP and Bank Artha Graha Internasional also support healthcare services through AGP Arthakes in collaboration with local health centers (puskesmas). This program is supported by various partners such as Bimoli, Indomie, and other contributors.

Rumi Kreshna Wibowo, Corporate Secretary of Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk, stated that the AGP Low-Cost Market represents the bank’s concrete contribution in delivering direct benefits to the community.

“The AGP Low-Cost Market (Pasmur) is our contribution to support the President’s directives to maintain food stability. We will continue collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that communities can access essential goods at affordable prices,” he said.

Through the implementation of the AGP Low-Cost Market in multiple regions, Bank Artha Graha Internasional and Artha Graha Peduli encourage communities to take advantage of the program as a way to mitigate the impact of rising food prices and maintain household economic stability. This initiative is expected to provide widespread benefits while strengthening Artha Graha Group’s commitment to promoting social welfare and national food resilience.
