Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with company goals
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across business units
  • Design and oversee training programs, workshops, and learning resources to address identified needs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create, curate, and update training content and materials
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and online learning experiences for employees, ensuring engagement and effectiveness
  • Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on the latest learning technologies and tools to enhance training delivery and engagement
  • Manage the training and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate with external training providers and manage vendor relationships as needed
  • Ensure training programs comply with banking regulatory standards


Qualification :

  • Formal education of at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or other relevant fields, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • At least 5 years of experience in learning and development or organizational development roles, preferably in banking
  • Strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and learning evaluation methodologies
  • Knowledge of competency needs for specific positions based on regulatory requirements (OJK)
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze training effectiveness
  • Problem-solving skills, proactive approach, and strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to convey complex information to stakeholders at various levels
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is a plus
