Appraisal Staff

Responsibilities:

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of collateral appraisal reports by external appraisers (KJPP) and internal teams.
Propose and formulate technical policies to KJPP to support and find solutions in the appraisal process.
Implement and monitor work programs according to the current year’s RBB (Bank Business Plan).

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, or Banking Management with a GPA of at least 3.00.
Maximum age: 35 years old.
Minimum 2 years of experience in collateral appraisal (required).
Understand the workflow and procedures related to collateral appraisal, both internal and external.
Willing and ready to travel for work assignments to all BAG branches across Indonesia.

Selection Stages:Administrative selection, psychological test, HR interview, user interview, medical check-up.
