Business & Credit Analyst

Responsibilities:

Implement strategic policies in SME Banking and Business Analysis in a prudent, effective, and efficient manner
Conduct, analyze, and recommend SME Banking and Business Analysis credit decisions, taking risks into account
Evaluate and analyze the achievement of targets and resolution of problematic SME Banking and Business Analyst credits
Analyze each credit application according to the 3 pillars of Bank Indonesia (BI)
Evaluate proposals for policies and procedures from Corporate, Commercial, and Financial Institution (FI) Credit, adjusting to industry needs, market conditions, and regulations
Ensure the achievement of Corporate and Commercial targets as set by management

Qualification :

Formal education of at least Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably in Banking), with a minimum GPA of 3.00
At least 2 years of experience as an officer in Lending or Credit Problem Management
Strong network within the banking industry, companies, or government
Assertive (decisive in decision-making)
