Bank Artha Graha Internasional (BAGI) remains committed to delivering the best service to its customers. As part of its efforts to strengthen relationships with customers, BAGI held a series of customer gathering events throughout January and February 2025.
These events were held gradually across various branches throughout Indonesia, starting with seven branches: Tual, Makassar, Bogor, Surabaya, Diponegoro Ambon, Cemara Asri Medan, and Mangga Besar Jakarta.
Each gathering aimed to provide customers with a better understanding of the bank's services and to educate them on wise financial planning. It also offered opportunities for customers to connect with others who share similar financial goals. In addition, the events allowed BAGI to gather direct feedback from customers to continually improve its service quality.

“Gathering with Local Produce Entrepreneurs” provided financial education and business development opportunities. -
Cemara Asri Medan – February 3, 2025
A Chinese New Year-themed event shared new banking programs and celebrated the festive season with customers. -
Mangga Besar Jakarta – February 26, 2025
A “Feng Shui Talkshow” shared insights on how feng shui principles can be applied to life and financial planning.
These gatherings are only the beginning. BAGI plans to continue these activities at more branches across Indonesia with tailored themes to match local needs and customer profiles.
