Jakarta, October 23, 2025 — The Indonesian Women Entrepreneurs Association (IWAPI) in collaboration with Bank Artha Graha Internasional (BAGI) officially opened the 4th National Working Meeting (Rakernas) 2025 at the Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta. This event marked the celebration of IWAPI’s 50th anniversary, underscoring the organization’s vital role in strengthening the contribution of women entrepreneurs in Indonesia’s economy.

Held over two days, October 22–23, 2025, the Rakernas featured a series of activities including the IWAPI Expo, IWAPI Fashion Day, Business Matching, MSME Digitalization Workshop, and the IWAPI Charity Gala Dinner. The opening ceremony began with the Betawi traditional dance and a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the IWAPI Expo by the IWAPI Central Board, attended by IWAPI Chairperson Ir. Nita Yudi, MBA, Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) Anindya Novyan Bakrie, and over 1,400 participants from across the country.

In her speech, Nita Yudi highlighted that the 50-year milestone represents a significant journey for IWAPI as a platform that consistently empowers women entrepreneurs and contributes to the national economy.

As a concrete form of social contribution, IWAPI achieved a MURI (Indonesian World Records Museum) record for successfully conducting a simultaneous distribution of nutritious meals across 35 provinces in Indonesia and Malaysia, reaching a total of 71,860 beneficiaries. This initiative not only celebrated IWAPI’s 50th anniversary but also reflected the organization’s social commitment to community welfare, especially for women and children. IWAPI aims to demonstrate that women’s economic empowerment is inseparable from social and humanitarian responsibility.

Meanwhile, KADIN Chairman Anindya Novyan Bakrie expressed his appreciation for IWAPI’s dedication to empowering women in business. “KADIN would not mean much without strong field drivers like IWAPI,” he stated.

The 4th IWAPI National Working Meeting carried the theme “50 Years of IWAPI: Consistent in Women’s Economic Empowerment, Innovative, Inclusive, and Collaborative Toward Golden Indonesia 2045.” The 50th-anniversary celebration and Rakernas IV were supported by Bank Artha Graha Internasional (BAGI) as a strategic partner and main sponsor, reaffirming their joint commitment to promoting inclusive economic growth and strengthening women’s roles in entrepreneurship.

Bank Artha Graha Internasional (AGI) focuses on strengthening financial inclusion, innovation, and digitalization to accelerate MSME transformation. As a key enabler, the bank promotes QRIS adoption, which not only facilitates transactions but also expands MSME access to broader markets and digital-based financing. To support this initiative, the bank introduced its flagship digital platform, AGI Mobile, as a comprehensive banking solution.

On the second day, Elvin Halim, Associate Director of Bank Artha Graha Internasional, presented AGI’s funding and credit products designed to support IWAPI members’ businesses. Meanwhile, Lily Pangestu, Region Head of the bank, reaffirmed BAGI’s commitment to becoming a partner for MSME advancement, continuously driving national economic growth through sustainable collaboration and financial support.

Specifically, Bank AGI offers a range of featured programs to meet MSME needs, including the Hold Fund Savings, which helps manage funds for specific goals; Special Event Promotions to attract customers; and Cashback Programs that directly benefit transactions. In addition, the bank reinforces its commitment through Partnership and Empowerment Programs (KPP), emphasizing sustainable growth.

Overall, the IWAPI Rakernas 2025 in collaboration with Bank Artha Graha Internasional serves as a platform for inspiration and collaboration, empowering women entrepreneurs to grow, thrive, and contribute positively to Indonesia’s economic development.
