Ibu Kota Nusantara, 22 December 2025 — Bank Artha Graha Internasional (BAGI) officially inaugurated its Functional Office in Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) as a strategic step to support the strengthening of the national financial ecosystem while expanding banking services for communities and businesses in Indonesia’s new capital city. The inauguration also marks a collaboration with Electronic City and Grooceries City as a form of business synergy to encourage economic activities in the IKN area.
The inauguration ceremony was marked by an opening event attended by representatives of the IKN Authority, including Sudiro Roi Santoso, S.T., M.T., Deputy for Funding and Investment, and Ferdinand Kana, Lo, S.T., M.T., Director of Investment and Business Facilitation. Also present were Bank Indonesia representative Benny Harry Gunawan, Deputy Director of the Joint Secretariat of KOPERBI IKN, and Electronic City Director Michael Iskandar.
In his remarks, Electronic City Director and representative of Artha Graha Group management, Michael Iskandar, stated that the establishment of this functional office reaffirms Artha Graha Group’s commitment to being closer to the community by providing accessible, modern, and reliable banking and retail services.
“Today, we are together witnessing the opening of offices from the banking sector, electronics retail, and supermarket located at the Coordinating Ministry Office Building 2, Tower 3, IKN. Thank you for the support and trust that have contributed to the successful inauguration of Electronic City, Grooceries City, and Bank Artha Graha Internasional today. We hope this office will bring benefits, become a comfortable place for customers, and continue to grow while inspiring many people,” he said.
Through this collaboration, BAGI together with Electronic City and Grooceries City presents integrated service support for the community, starting from banking access, convenient payment transactions, to retail and lifestyle needs. This synergy is expected to create added value, strengthen the local economic supply chain, and accelerate economic activities in the rapidly developing IKN area.
On the second day, the Head of the Ibu Kota Nusantara Authority (IKN), Basuki Hadimuljono, visited the Bank Artha Graha Internasional office as part of efforts to ensure the readiness of financial services in supporting community activities, business development, and the overall economic ecosystem in Indonesia’s new capital.
The Head of the IKN Authority was welcomed by the management of Bank Artha Graha Internasional and Artha Graha Group. During the visit, Basuki directly reviewed the operational activities of BAGI’s functional office, customer service readiness, and digital banking infrastructure prepared to support transaction and financing needs in the IKN area.
The Functional Office of Bank Artha Graha Internasional in IKN will provide key banking services, including account opening, financial transactions, financing services, and innovative digital banking solutions. Its presence is also part of BAGI’s commitment to supporting national financial inclusion while expanding access to banking services in newly developed areas.
