Jakarta (March 15, 2026) — Ahead of the Eid al-Fitr celebration, Bank Artha Graha Internasional (BAGI) together with Artha Graha Peduli (AGP) once again presents a subsidized Affordable Market (Pasar Murah) program for the community. The program, which has been running since December 11, 2025, continues to be implemented sustainably in various regions across Indonesia, particularly in areas surrounding Artha Graha Network business units through communities assisted by Artha Graha Peduli.
This initiative is part of a concrete effort to help communities obtain basic necessities at more affordable prices, especially amid the rising trend of food prices ahead of major holidays.
Entering the final week of Ramadan, AGP and BAGI have expanded the scope of the Affordable Market program, particularly in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek). In addition to subsidized basic food packages, the program also provides several strategic food commodities that commonly experience price increases ahead of Eid al-Fitr.

Through this program, residents can purchase frozen meat for Rp70,000 per kilogram and chicken eggs for Rp25,000 per kilogram through meat operations and market operations as part of the Artha Graha Peduli Affordable Market series. These prices are below the government’s reference prices and are expected to help people meet their food needs at lower costs.
In addition, AGP also provides kitchen commodity packages consisting of bird’s eye chili, curly red chili, and shallots for Rp50,000 per package. This package is designed to help communities meet cooking ingredient needs that typically increase ahead of the Eid celebration.
The community’s enthusiasm has been clearly visible during the implementation of the program. One of the responses came from Mrs. Viana, Head of RT 09 RW 10 in Kali Pasir, Central Jakarta, who stated that residents greatly benefit from the affordable market.
“All residents are very enthusiastic and feel greatly helped because they can buy goods at lower prices ahead of Eid. Usually prices in the market soar, so programs like this are highly anticipated by the community. We hope activities like this can continue to be held during major celebrations such as Eid, Christmas, and other important occasions,” she said.
The Affordable Market program is implemented gradually using a door-to-door approach, where the Artha Graha Peduli team directly visits residential neighborhoods. This approach ensures that subsidized commodities can reach communities more closely and accurately.
Metah Suling, Branch Director of Bank Artha Graha Internasional Cokroaminoto Branch, explained that the program reflects the company’s concern for community welfare, especially during periods of increasing basic needs ahead of major holidays.
“The affordable market program is a form of care from Bank Artha Graha Internasional and Artha Graha Peduli in helping communities obtain basic necessities at more affordable prices. Ahead of Eid al-Fitr, we have also added several essential commodities such as chili, onions, meat, and eggs so that people can directly benefit from this program,” she said.
Through this initiative, AGP and Bank Artha Graha Internasional hope to continue making meaningful contributions to society while helping maintain stable access to basic necessities, particularly during important moments such as the Eid al-Fitr celebration.
