  • 2.39% p.a. fixed for 1 year, with a minimum loan tenure of 3 years
  • 2.99% p.a. fixed for 2 years, with a minimum loan tenure of 5 years
  • 3.99% p.a. fixed for 3 years, with a minimum loan tenure of 8 years
  • 4.99% p.a. fixed for 5 years, with a minimum loan tenure of 10 years (for landed properties only)
• After the fixed-rate period, the interest rate will switch to a floating rate.
