How to Activate Payroll Service:

  • Payroll service activation can be performed by the company’s admin through the admin menu.


Payroll Feature Terms:

  • Conduct payroll transactions using data upload in Excel file format.  
  • Salaries can be paid to all employees' accounts in a single transaction.  
  • Employees must have an account at Bank Artha Graha.  
  • Payroll payments can be made immediately or scheduled as per the company's preference.  
  • Applicable only in IDR currency.


How to Use:

  1. Fill in payroll data using the specified Excel template.  
  2. Upload the payroll data on Corporate Internet Banking.  
  3. Select the source of funds and the timing for the payroll transaction (immediate or scheduled).  
  4. Enter the OTP and Transaction PIN.  
  5. Authorize the transaction according to the transaction mechanism on Corporate Internet Banking.  
  6. The system will credit the payroll accounts based on the data entered by the user.
