Denpasar, January 15, 2026 — Bank Artha Graha Internasional (BAGI) Bali Denpasar Branch once again carried out the Bank Goes to School program as a form of its commitment to supporting the improvement of financial literacy from an early age. This time, the outreach activity was held at TK Dharma Wiweka, Denpasar, targeting kindergarten-aged children.

“Through this activity, Bank Artha Graha Internasional encourages children to develop a habit of saving from an early age in a simple and enjoyable way. Students are introduced to the importance of setting aside a portion of their pocket money regularly as an initial step in building wise financial management habits,” said Lily Junita, Branch Director of Bank Artha Graha Internasional Bali Branch.

During the socialization session, the Bank Artha Graha Internasional team also provided education on safe saving practices, namely by keeping money in trusted banking institutions. The materials were delivered in an interactive manner to ensure they were easy for children to understand, allowing messages about safety and the benefits of saving to be well received.

In addition, children were guided to understand the benefits of saving through examples closely related to their daily school activities, such as purchasing school supplies when moving up to the next grade, adding pocket money for school field trips, and meeting other learning needs. These examples helped children realize that saving has real and practical benefits in their lives.

On the same occasion, Bank Artha Graha Internasional introduced Tabungan SimPel (Student Savings Account) as a savings product specifically designed for students. This account serves as a safe and easy medium for school children to save their pocket money while becoming familiar with the banking world from an early age.

As a form of care for children’s growth and development, the activity—part of the Artha Graha Peduli program—also included the provision of additional nutritious food in the form of milk and snacks for the students of TK Dharma Wiweka. The activity was warmly welcomed by the children and the school community.

Through the Bank Goes to School program at TK Dharma Wiweka, Bank Artha Graha Internasional Bali Denpasar Branch hopes to help nurture a young generation that is financially aware, disciplined in saving, and ready to become part of a financially smart and inclusive society.
