Artha Graha Peduli (AGP) and Artha Graha Network (AGN) reaffirmed their strong commitment in supporting the 8th Congress of Indonesian Diaspora (CID) and Eco Fashion Nusantara held in Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan, under the theme “Together with the Diaspora, Realizing IKN as a Global City for All.”
The week-long event featured a wide range of activities including the Nusantara Bazaar, Photo Exhibition, Eco Fashion Show, Sumpit Festival, and Diaspora Forum at the Coordinating Ministry Office (Kemenko 3) IKN.
A key highlight was the tree-planting initiative on July 31, where over 200 members of the Indonesian Diaspora Network (IDN) Global joined OIKN to plant endemic Kalimantan trees such as Balangeran, herbs, and ornamental plants at Embung MBH. The location was officially named Diaspora Park by OIKN Head Basuki Hadimuljono.
At the Bank Artha Graha Internasional booth, AGP and AGN offered educational and interactive programs, including ICON savings account openings, prize-linked deposits, QRIS cashback for MSMEs, lucky dip, and exclusive goodie bags. Electronic City also participated with product demonstrations, promos, barcode scan giveaways, and social media selfie-tag challenges.
AG Group also introduced premium products such as coffee from Tambling Wildlife and ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages, distributed free to visitors participating in digital activities on @teman.agi.
In addition, AGP and AGN organized strategic discussions with diaspora members and ministries, exploring opportunities for long-term collaboration in creative economy and financial technology.
“This collaboration reflects a cross-border spirit of cooperation in building IKN as a global city for all,” said an AGN representative.
The planting of hundreds of trees stands as a powerful symbol of the global diaspora’s commitment, alongside AGP and other partners, in supporting a green, inclusive, and sustainable future for IKN.
